What can Orgma read?
Photos and PDFs of training certificates, cards and licenses. Check the suggested details against the original and correct anything that needs attention.
Does Orgma verify certificates with the issuer?
No. Orgma records the details for you to confirm and tracks the dates you record. It does not verify documents with issuers or decide whether someone is competent.
Can I bring my current spreadsheet?
Yes. You can import your current training spreadsheet.
Where is my data stored?
Orgma’s primary database and original evidence storage are hosted in Ireland (EU). Recovery copies of evidence are stored in an EU region. Hosting, email, payment and optional certificate reading services can involve processing in other countries, including the United States. Which date format does the app use?
Some app screens and reports currently use day/month/year or a named month, rather than US month/day/year. Check dates against the original certificate.
Does every card or certificate have an expiration date?
No. Dates depend on the document and your requirements. Keep records without a fixed expiration date, and track applicable renewal dates separately. Your team remains responsible for checking the training required for each role.
