Welcome new starters, collect the details you need and keep the evidence together. From the first invitation to your training matrix, Orgma gives the whole induction a clear path.
The real journey uses an individual invitation link and a separate access code. Here, you can jump straight into the example.

The record supports your decisions. Your organisation still checks competence and authorises the person to start work.
This is a simplified illustration, not the live application. No invitation is sent and no information is saved. Changing roles here shows the requirements chosen by an administrator in the real workflow.
01 / Your business
Make it your induction.
Upload your slides and set your induction questions. New starters must view every required slide and complete the questionnaire before they can submit their induction. Choose the certificates each role needs, with extra requirements for individual projects where needed.
02 / Your people
Give them a clear next step.
New starters open their individual invitation on a phone or computer, view the briefing and supply the required details and originals. They can save their progress and return to it.
03 / Your review
Keep the decision with you.
Review the answers, originals and briefing together. Once approved, the records join your matrix with their evidence. Final work authorisation stays with your organisation.
A few useful details
Clear from the start.
Can we use an induction we already have in PowerPoint?
Yes. Keep using your own PowerPoint presentation. Export the slides as a PDF, then upload that file to Orgma. The current upload accepts PDF files up to 3 MB; PowerPoint files are not uploaded directly. Your company chooses the questions and role requirements alongside the slides.
Can someone submit without viewing the briefing?
No. Required briefing pages must be viewed, required questions answered, and role-specific certificate details and original evidence completed before submission. Viewing a page does not itself prove understanding, so your team still reviews the induction.
Can we require a CSCS number only for the roles that need one?
Yes. Requirements follow the assigned role. When a required certificate such as CSCS is included, the number and required evidence must be supplied. Roles without that requirement do not need it. Orgma does not verify CSCS cards with the issuer; see how to check a CSCS card.
Does the new starter need an Orgma account?
No. The induction uses their individual invitation link and a separate access code. It does not give them access to your company’s workspace.
Are inductions included in Shared?
Yes. Inductions are part of Orgma Shared, rather than a separate product or paid add-on. Your Shared plan’s existing people and storage allowances still apply. Compare plans.
