Orgma in your industry

Training records and quality evidence.
Ready for demanding site work.

For HSE and SHEQ professionals, site managers and contractor teams in civil engineering, renewable energy and offshore construction. See how Orgma can help you organise the records behind your people and your work.

01 · Civil engineering

A training matrix that keeps up with a changing site team.

A groundworks or cable route contractor brings another subcontractor onto a project. Certificates arrive as email attachments, phone photos and PDFs. The site manager needs a clear view of the records before planning the next phase.

Bring people, requirements and evidence together

In Orgma Shared, organise employees and subcontractors by company, record the training requirements for their roles and upload their certificates. Let Orgma prepare the details, then check them against the original evidence before confirming the records.

Keep CSCS cards, CPCS or NPORS plant training, IPAF, PASMA, supervisory training and first aid records with the right person. See missing records and approaching expiry dates in your training matrix, and export it when a client requests an update.

What this could look like

A new crew is due next week. Review the role requirements and missing evidence, ask the subcontractor for the outstanding certificates and update the matrix once the details have been checked. The original documents stay alongside the records for the next review.

02 · Renewable energy

Keep training evidence in view across a wind project.

A wind farm project involves technicians, civil engineering contractors and specialist subcontractors. Different roles have different training requirements, and the relevant evidence can be spread across several companies and folders.

Review the evidence for each role

Use Shared to record GWO training certificates and other role specific evidence, including the expiry dates shown on the documents. Keep people grouped by company and use the matrix to identify records that need checking or renewing before the planned work.

For site inspections, Orgma Quality provides a separate workspace for inspection and test plan (ITP) checks, photographs, outstanding actions and review decisions. You can use either product independently.

What this could look like

Before a new phase starts, review the crew’s training records in Shared. During the work, use Quality to keep an inspection’s agreed criteria, drawing reference and evidence together, with any nonconformance report (NCR) and corrective action attached to the relevant record.

Orgma records the evidence you provide. It does not check GWO’s WINDA database or verify training directly with an issuing body.

03 · Offshore construction

Keep the inspection record together from shift change to handover.

A marine construction or landfall team works across changing shifts, work areas and contractors. Inspection sheets, site photos, drawing references and unresolved issues need to remain connected as the work moves forward.

Connect ITP checks, NCRs and handover evidence

In Quality, set up work areas and reusable inspection checks with acceptance criteria and drawing or specification references. Attach the evidence to the relevant inspection and record the agreed client hold or witness points.

When an inspection identifies an unmet requirement, keep the NCR, corrective action, owner and supporting evidence together. An authorised reviewer can follow the inspection and outstanding actions through the review process, leaving a clearer record for handover.

What this could look like

A check identifies a detail that needs correction. Record the issue against the work area, attach a photo and assign the action. After the correction, add the supporting evidence and submit it for review. The next shift can follow the recorded status and the handover pack can include the relevant evidence.

Shared and Quality are online products. Check that connectivity suits your working location. Orgma Local is a separate Windows product for training records on one computer.

Why trust Orgma

Built from real site experience.

Built from hands-on health and safety experience across civil engineering and offshore projects.

Orgma starts with familiar frustrations: chasing certificates, updating Excel matrices and finding the evidence when someone asks. The aim is practical software that keeps the records together and makes the next step clearer.

Your requirements. Your decisions.

Orgma helps organise training and quality evidence. Your organisation checks its validity and suitability, sets the requirements for the work and makes the competence and acceptance decisions. A completed matrix or inspection record does not replace that judgement.

Start with the records you already have.
