Built around the quality record

Know what is ready.
See what is outstanding.

Follow each inspection from its agreed requirements through correction, review and acceptance.

01

Checks with clear criteria

Create reusable inspection questions with pass criteria and drawing or specification references. Existing inspections retain the template revision they started with.

02

Client hold and witness points

Record the required client involvement, notice reference and reviewer decision against the inspection. Keep your agreed notice arrangements alongside the record.

03

Controlled contractor release

A different authorised person reviews the work. Recorded release stays unavailable until required evidence is attached, NCRs are closed and specified client points are completed.

04

NCRs through to closure

Record the unmet requirement, correction, cause and prevention. Keep the owner, target date and evidence together, then have a different authorised person review the action’s effectiveness.

05

A clear client decision

Keep internal contractor release separate from final client acceptance. Authorised client reviewers can accept the released work or request changes.

06

Evidence ready to hand over

Bring inspection status, evidence references, review decisions and outstanding NCRs into an evidence register by work area. Export a PDF handover pack with supported photos.

Your team agrees the inspection requirements and makes the technical decisions. Orgma records the checks, evidence and approvals.

An inspection from start to finish

See the record move towards handover.

Illustrative example: closing out an inspection in Work Area A using the project’s agreed requirements.

  1. Start with the agreed checks

Choose the inspection template and work area. The questions retain their pass criteria, drawing references and template revision.

  2. Inspect and attach the evidence

Record the answers and supporting evidence. If a requirement is not met, raise an NCR against the inspection.

  3. Complete the outstanding actions

Record the correction and supporting evidence for review. Complete any required client hold or witness point, following the project’s agreed sequence and notice arrangements.

  4. Have another person review the work

An authorised reviewer checks the record. Contractor release becomes available once the required evidence, NCR closures and client points are complete.

  5. Record acceptance and prepare the handover

The client records a separate acceptance decision or requests changes. Export the evidence register and photo pack with the review history to support the handover.
